This is the gorgeous Temple, a giant continental bunny that was in for neutering today! Here he is enjoying some food after surgery, particularly his raspberries and blueberries! 🫐Did you know, it’s really important for rabbits to eat before and after their surgery? They are not starved like cats and dogs are, and can be prone to gut stasis, which is where digestion slows down and stops. We were very pleased to see Temple enjoying his food comfortably afterwards.

We had a visit from the gorgeous Bryher today! She takes up a fair amount of space, even in our waiting room, but she is definitely a gentle giant! 🥰❤️

🐰 Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease is a widespread, life-threatening virus ⚠️

Often called viral haemorrhagic disease, it is seen frequently in unvaccinated rabbits because it spreads quickly through direct and indirect contact with infected rabbits.

The best way to protect your pet is with regular vaccinations throughout their life. This not only protects them but also decreases the spread of disease.
