Just a little message to let you all know that my diary is filling up fast June is almost fully booked so if you have not yet already I would recommend pre booking your next 2 or 3 appointments if possible or even pre booking for the rest of the year to avoid disappointment.

I have very limited availability left for June so if you would like an appointment please feel free to pop me a message. 🐶

Also just a little reminder I am a 1-1 groomer and I do run on a very tight schedule as I have dogs coming in and out back to back so please be on time to pick up and drop off your dog for their appointment as if you are late this knocks me back for the rest of my day. I can only allow 15 minutes passed your appointment time and then I may have to turn you away. This will be classed as a missed appointment and a fee will incur.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know within atleast 24 hours before your appointment so I can try to fill the space.

✨️ Customer notice ✨️

This is just a little post to let you all know that from Tuesday 1st April 2025, I will be having a price increase.

Unfortunately, due to the high price increase of all of the high-quality products and equipment I use including the equipment maintenance it has left me no choice but to have a slight price increase as I can no longer afford to keep undercutting my self. 🙃

This price increase will allow me to continue to use all my high quality products and equipment to provide you the high standard 1-1 grooming services you deserve.😊

You will be informed of your price increase before your next grooming appointment however if you do have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me.

Please note extra charges:

Matting fee: from £10 per dog.

Flea fee: from £30 per dog.

Last minute cancellation: full groom price.

No show: full groom price.

A fee may also incur for late collections unless discussed prior to your appointment.

I would you like to thank all my loyal and lovely customers for understanding and I look forward to grooming all your beautiful pooches soon. 🐶

Just a little reminder for anyone who may not know the road out side of the dog room Cockermouth where I am based is closed for the next 2 weeks from round about to round about.

Meaning you can not access the road infront of the salon. Please take this in to consideration when you have an appointment with me as there may be more traffic than usual.

You can get down on foot just not with a vehicle.

Hello everyone after alot of thought over the past few weeks I have now changed my opening hours from 8.30am until 4.30pm Monday - Friday.🙂 (this means my last appointment will be at 2.30pm.)

From February these will now be my new opening hours. Anyone one with a late appointment already booked in please don't panic your appointments will not change. 🐶

Any messages / phone calls will be responded to between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm
Monday - Friday. I will not be responding to any messages on weekends as this is time for me to spend with my family. 👫👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Hope you can all understand my decision this is one I have not came to easily. 🙃
