RIP Beautiful Magnus

Good Afternoon Everyone, as you are aware, dog walker Walsh is also involved with BYPH on facebook, a page that we have tried to warn others of before they donate to his lies & misdirection, and make others aware of his targeted campaigns against innocent people on Bring Your Pet Home - The Truth Behind PW & His Groups and Fundraising behind BYPH.
Now dog walker Walsh actually came out again to lie and misdirect about how Magnus died in his care. So you will see there are questions or statements he does not answer, just going along with the “Martin was told” lie.
And he is also claiming he is the victim in all this. He doesn’t like that his misdeeds on BYPH have been brought out into the open, and he certainly doesn’t like that it is public knowledge that not only did a dog Magnus received fatal injuries in his care because of his negligence, but that this page is showing every lie and misdirection he put Martin through to try and evade taking responsibility for his negligence.

As previous posts on this page have shown dog walker Walsh was attempting as many ways as he could to avoid taking responsibility for his negligence causing the death of Magnus.

Another attempt by the dog walker was that there was something wrong with the hire van door, that it was faulty.
As you will see that was just another false attempt by him.
If there had been anything faulty with the van door he would have been straight onto the hire company.

Attached are screenshots of communication between legals showing the attempt to use the door excuse and the rebuttal by Martin.

Well it’s all gone a bit quiet recently.
As we said with PW, lies get the money in but they don’t stand up in court.
So that’s over £20 000 that he has had out of the elderly donators on Bring Nennella Home that was wasted.

Of course when the page is operated as a cult, and anyone seeing through the lies is blocked and their comments removed, then it is a bit of an echo chamber of lies and misdirections.
Sadly those that are part of that cult are going through a wailing ceremony, with verbal attacks against the innocent parties.
Now it is supposed to be a support group for Walter, that’s the excuse PW always posted when anyone queried the lies, unfortunately PW allows the aggressive harassment on there of innocent parties,indeed he encourages it, gets the money in you see.

Now the little matter of Magnus the dog killed in 15 minutes of PW’s care as a dog walker, that he was found liable for by the sheriff, but refuses to tell the owners what happened, refuses to personally admit responsibility, well PW is busy trying to cover that up, scared it will ruin his dog walking income.

So as more and more people are seeing through him, he’s very busy at the moment on damage limitation exercises.

As mentioned in yesterday’s post.
Once this page was set up, the dog walker and people who he is connected with on his (Bring your Pet Home) on Facebook, that causes harassment to innocent rescues and fraudulently raises money on lies, went into overdrive to try to blacken the name of Martin the owner of Magnus and get any shares from this page removed from other groups.
The person in these screenshots has not only involved her self in the lies and harassment in the dog walkers groups, but disgracefully is backing the dog walker and dismissing the death of Magnus.
Here she also is actually more interested in finding out whether Martin found the Bring Your Pet Home - The Truth Behind PW & His Groups & Fundraising page or we found him.

Well when we said that dog walker Walsh did everything he could to get out of taking responsibility for his negligence, and even tried to immorally blame the owner, what you won’t be aware of are the tremendous lengths he and his business partners have gone to to cover, misdirect and lie against the family of Magnus.

Now when we say followers you might not be aware that the dog walker also runs the dubious Bring Your Pet home scams on Facebook.
Where many lies are told and money raised off elderly donators who don’t see through those lies.

Now to get back at Martin for daring to stand up for the death of Magnus, they have gone all out to insult his character, claim he was only after money.
You remember that Walsh only paid out a month ago.

The delightful group of supporters of Walsh include Ms Bryce Ms Cobbett and Ms Polonowski among others.

Now Martin has stated that he would like to donate money he received via the sheriff from dog walker Walsh to charity for the death of Magnus due to Walsh’s negligence.
Not because of their taunts that Martin was after money but because he felt it was the right thing to do in memory of Magnus.

But of course the level of that Walsh and his group are prepared to sink to, well there just isn’t a depth they won’t sink to.

Here we have Ms Bryce trying to score points that they have no proof that Martin has donated to charity yet.

Let all this sink in what type of people they are

Now if you have been reading the posts on this group what you might not be aware of are the tremendous lengths the dog walker Walsh went to to avoid taking responsibility for Magnus dying in those 15 minutes of his care.

Now in December 2021 Magnus was brought back to the owners after 15 minutes of being in his care dying with massive head injuries and bleeding heavily.

The owners believed there would be no issue with dog walker Walsh telling them what had happened and accepting responsibility.

Unfortunately nothing was forthcoming from dog walker Walsh so the owners had no choice but to consult a solicitor in the January of 2022.

Following on from then the dog walker through his solicitors did everything he could to deny his negligence.
He came up with ridiculous suggestions that it was the harness or there could have been something wrong with the van doors.
All disputed by the owners and then nothing more.
Despite the owners emailing the solicitors constantly, neither dog walker Walsh or his solicitors were replying or communicating with the owners anymore, obviously hoping the owners ie Martin would just go away and their ignoring it would be the end of the matter.

So after months of no replies or communication from the dog walker or his solicitors, this page was set up, to warn others, to get the owners story out and to support Martin..

Suddenly dog walker Walsh sprang into action and we were informed he had issued an urgent email through his solicitors to the owners saying because this had gone public it would affect his business and if this was not removed and kept quiet he would sue.

Obviously you can’t sue for telling the truth.

Martin the owner of Magnus has just commented on this page once again to confirm that the lie from dog walker Walsh is just that a lie, to cover up Walsh’s negligence responsible for the death of Magnus.

Now as we have stated before, the owners of Magnus were able to dispute through solicitors the excuse dog walker Walsh claimed Magnus died.
If you read through the screenshots from the owners to Walsh’s solicitor you will see that Walsh has tried to lay the blame on the owners to cover up his negligence.
Walsh or his solicitor made no mention of it again, and although Walsh stated he was putting in a defence in August, by the time of the meeting in front of the sheriff in September no defence was offered.
Now that matters have concluded Walsh is now posting online that
1) He has told the family of Magnus what happened, which is sadly lies, all he has done is to try the harness excuse and nothing more.
2) He is again posting online that it was the discredited story of his that it was the harness.
