We had a great evening at The Jack, we had a local tattooist (I am booking in… her work looks amazing… so talented … and she is working out of one of my favourite sudios… and the tattooist next to her did my favourite Alice tattoo which ever one loves… my favourite and many friends favourite out of my Plus, I have seen Emmas work and it’s amazing and I for one am excited for this) , builder (I have work being done soon, my home maybe small but we are working on getting the best value for money in my little house ) , a cake maker( love her cakes, as her first customer I’ll forever support her, and last month I bought a cake and cute cakes for a family occasion and it was bloody amazing,) , a skin care professional ( randomly it took me till an hour or 2 to click I used to walk Emma’s dog Balooo years ago and it was so great to see her and listen to her journey…. I have skin problems and i know she can help, so nice to see her. I can’t wait for my facial) and 2 dog walkers ( 1 was myself and the other will cover holiday for myself. Also I don’t cover areas that she did so it’s great share the load) and a very very local cold pressed dog food and natural dog treat supplier ( who I order most for my own dogs and my pack dogs food and treats from) .
Being self employed can have its highlights and its struggles but this evening we came together from some different back grounds (some of us have ended up knowing each other for a while and some even went school together , some of us have never met and was great to get our name
Out there… we all know best form
Of advertisement is word of mouth… stay local ) what a great way to network and be social in our sometimes lonely worlds. All whilst going to a free house local pub and supporting them.
I was asked whilst still there when are we doing this again…. So it was a hit for a few of us sooo.
Next meeting 29th October, 6:30 jack in the green, be amazing to see everyone again and new faces.
