7 days into backing and breaking iliah who’s an anxious mate to begin with has now done her first big girl canter with somebody sat on her. Thursday being the first day she walked off the lunge with someone. We are coming on leaps and bounds with encouragement and gentle persuasion.

So in the 40 minutes that I have been up I have successfully fed Indy the dog and tallulah the cat. Tallulah decided she was quite comfy next to Indy’s food so as I went to move her I spot it... a tiny little field mouse being protected by tallulah which she has obvoously been playing with since about 3 o’clock this morning when she pranced in to wake me up 😂😂 how I love the characters I work with 😋 (picture of the culprit will be posted later as she has left the house in a strop at the idea of me freeing her unharmed pet) 👍
