These wriggly little buggers made their appearance in style on Wednesday night, born in the car going down the m6 after a visit to the vets. This will be the last progeny of IROFTW Portcaman Dixon x FTW/OFTW Syncerus Shanti of Ribblebrook. This mating has previously produced FTW’s, fantastic police dogs, search & rescue dogs and fantastic pets. 1 🚹 👀 🏡 preference given to trialling/working homes.

We had a blast on the Grouse, probably all we’ll manage this year due to imminent puppies, but as always incredibly grateful for the invite and opportunity on this prestigious bird! The dogs worked their socks off and helped bring home the goods.
It’s always a great pre-season test to see who needs to up their fitness (me included!) and the views aren’t too bad either 😎⛰️

Walked Up Partridge Gundog Training Days - September 2025

📍 Preston, Lancashire

We have handler and g*n spaces available for our walked up partridge Gundog training days throughout September. These days are suitable for both novice and open dogs. (Dogs must be steady to flush and shot). 30-40 Bird days groups of 6 handlers, 4 G*ns. The days will be held on new ground in turnip/cover crop.

**Available Dates:**
- Tuesday 2nd September (FULL)
- Saturday 6th September
- Friday 12th September
- Tuesday 16th September
- Saturday 20th September (FULL)
- Tuesday 23rd September
- Friday 26th September
