- 9 12m x 12m stables with automatic water drinkers in an airy American barn. Each stable has its own external window.
- 20m x 40m sand and rubber floodlit outdoor school.
- 7 acres of well-managed good grazing land separated into paddocks.
- Year round turnout (weather permitting).
- Hot horse wash and tack room.
- Good hacking on quiet lanes.
- Clipping available on-sight/freelance.

Look at my lovely 16.1, 6yr old sports mare 🏠🏠 the sweetest girl you could ever wish to meet, schools lovely, pops jumps on fun rides, beach, hacks alone and in company like a dream. Wont find one more genuine and easy to do!

16hh, 8yr old coloured sports horse mare.

This mare is an absolute beauty inside and out and they don't come more genuine or honest than her. She goes lovely on flat in all 3 paces, enjoys to jump, hacks alone and in company and is just lovely and easy to do.

She would make a lovely all rounder and is ready to go on and enjoy any job. She is exceptionally well bred out of a coloured event stallion, and having proset as her grandsire.

Wormed and teeth done. video taken today available.

16hh, 9yr old Irish sports horse mare.

This absolute sweetheart of a mare, there are not enough nice things I can say about her. She is kind,sweet, super smart, and super easy to do, she moves for fun and wow can she jump! She is really enjoying her jumping and finds it very easy, feels like she is striding over 1m and not even trying. She has got great potential and feel she would make a great all rounder/event/SJ/dressage and hunt. She hacks out alone and in company first or last and is lovely to ride.

Brought back into work after being a mummy and having 2 very nice foals, she has hands down been the easiest horse IV had in 👌

Absolute bargain at £2500 before Christmas! The longer she is here that price will increase as she really is a super smart mare!
