It’s goodbye from us 🥲
After a lot of thought (and plenty of back and forth), we’ve made the difficult decision to close Swoof.
For the past 5 years, we’ve loved bringing you the most gorgeous dog accessories and we’ll always be grateful for every order, every photo and every kind message you’ve sent our way.
Since having our baby girl two years ago, we’ve found it harder to juggle everything that comes with running a business. You’ve probably noticed we’ve been a little quieter - focusing on getting your orders out and answering enquiries, rather than creating new content or growing in the way we once did.
Right now, we want to make the most of these precious years whilst our little girl is so little, and working late nights and weekends doesn’t work for our family anymore.
On top of that, the rising costs of running a small business have made things even trickier. So whilst this decision hasn’t been easy, it does feel like the right one for us.
When we started Swoof, we never imagined it would take off so quickly or that over 4,500 customers would become such a valued part of this journey. Seeing your repeat orders and the joy our products brought you has been so special for us. Thank you, truly, to our family, friends and all of you who have supported our little dream - we’ll cherish the memories we’ve made together. 🩷
