As most of our customers know we are closing for good on the 30th April. We have had 5 highly enjoyable years meeting a variety of wonderful animals and owners. We have had; Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas, Degus, Rats, Budgies, Canaries, Parrots, Bearded Dragons, Iguanas, Tortoises, Snakes, Gerbils and Hedgehogs all of which were great fun to look after. It's time to move on for us but we will miss them all.

Hi everyone! As much as we enjoy a bit of hot sunny weather, remember to keep an eye on your small pets during this heatwave. Make sure your furry friends hutch isn't in direct sunlight, and they have access to plenty of cool fresh water. Also keep hutches and cages clean and remove uneaten fresh food which may attract flies.
A cool ceramic tile to lay on, or a cold bottle of water can be nice for them to lay against.
Small pets, like rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs, are often confined to a hutch or run, so they can’t seek out cooler breezy areas for themselves. That’s why it’s so important that you provide your pet with modified care that will help keep them cool in the summer.

As the world gets back to some sort of normal remember we are here to look after all your small pets. There is no minimum length of stay so you can book short breaks and know your pets are well looked after.

10 Years ago today we opened our doors for the first time, and invited people to an open day to view our brand new pet hotel at Now Boarding Bexley. We took our first bookings, a rabbit called Roger, and a rescue Guinea Pig called Madtto (‘made a difference to this one’). Since then we have extended the original pet hotel, and opened further Now Boarding Pet Hotels through franchising.

Thank you to Kate and Geoff at Now Boarding Medway for having the faith in us to become our first franchisees, and for being so positive and supportive over the years. A huge thank you also goes to Simon, Jane and Denis at Now Boarding Crowborough, Lorraine and Andy at Now Boarding Croydon, Mike and Amanda at Now Boarding Thanet, and Richard and Lou at Now Boarding Chingford. Between us, we have welcomed thousands of guests over the years, and met some of their wonderful owners, many of whom we consider to be friends.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, booked with us, and worked with us. We really couldn’t have done it all with out you!

A special mention goes to my son Elliot, who's imagination and creativity helped shape Now Boarding Pet Hotels into the business it has become - thank you Elliot for all your hard work over the years.
