🐶✨ Cherry Eye Transformation! ✨🐶

This adorable English Bulldog puppy had bilateral cherry eye surgery using the pocket technique. While it took a little while for his glands to settle, we’re pleased to see such a great outcome! 👀🐾 👀🐾

The pocket technique helps reposition the pr*****ed gland by securing it within a small pocket in the conjunctiva, supporting normal tear production and reducing the chance of recurrence.

Love animals? Love people? Why not work with both! 🐶🐱 We’re on the hunt for a veterinary receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm welcome
Schedule appointments and manage client communications
Maintain accurate patient and client records
Process payments, assist with billing inquiries and handle end-of-day cashing up
Provide support to the veterinary team, including assistance with animal handling when required
Perform general cleaning duties to keep the reception area and practice tidy and welcoming
Provide clients with educational materials and reminders for follow-up appointments
WORK HOURS:
25 - 30 hours per week
1:00/2:00pm to 7:00pm Monday to Friday

WHAT YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU:
Reception Experience – previous experience as a veterinary receptionist is highly desirable
Client-centred approach – you are calm, attentive, and always focused on clients’ needs, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners
Excellent Communication Skills – ability to interact effectively with clients and their pets, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment
Compassion for Animals – a genuine love for pets and a commitment to providing excellent care and support
Team Player Attitude – a willingness to contribute to a positive team dynamic
Basic Computer Skills – familiarity with veterinary management systems to assist in daily tasks
Social media experience is desirable, with an interest in keeping our page updated and engaging for our community
