Business hours are 8.30am - 6pm.

A meet and greet with the pet owner is offered free of charge for your first booking. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure proper introduction to your pet.

An Hour: £11

We do offer out of hours services (including weekends) so please message us if you need anything and we will be able to provide an updated bespoke price.

You will be required to fill out the pet profile so we can ensure your pet get's the best care and attention.

As part of our services we provide a Muddy Peaks Pet journal of the time they spend with us and we will send you updated pictures and videos so you can see what your pets are getting up to.
