Group walks 🦮
🐾 Every single one of our group walks are treated like structured free time to allow your dogs to sniff around and play while remaining safe.
All dogs participating in a group walk wear a tag with our walkers number on in case of an emergency. As a walker we always make sure we carry treats, spare leads, a small first aid kit, eco friendly poo bags and water.
🚐 In the van we have a supply of towels in case your dog has had a little too much fun in the mud, MORE treats, more water for our really thirsty dogs, and a large first aid kit with a supply of all the essentials needed.
When it comes to travelling dogs they are all transported in a fully crated van and all have a separate spaces, unless they are from the same household which they will share depending on their size.
Groups walks are a great way to mentally simulate your dog to break up their day, they are:
- Socially enriching for dogs to interact with other dogs in a group setting, as well as boosting your dog’s social skills.
- More chances to play and burn excess energy which is beneficial, being out with other dogs helps to keep your dog moving throughout the whole walk.
- Walking with other dogs can help boost others confidence, especially if they are a little nervous.
- Some owners see a reduction in behaviour problems as their dogs have another new outlet for their energy.
