Molly visits every 4 weeks to keep the floof under control and her beautiful coat looking fresh, healthy and manageable. Regular appointments mean there's never too much coat to tackle, making the whole process more comfortable and helping her stay looking her best all year round. 🐾

☀️🐾 It's heating up again! 🐾☀️

Hot weather can be tough on our furry friends, so here are a few simple ways to help keep them happy and comfortable:

💧 Fresh water, always
Keep bowls topped up and take water with you on walks.

🌳 Stick to the shade
Find shady spots in the garden or during outings and avoid prolonged sun exposure.

🚶 Walk early or late
Save adventures for cooler mornings or evenings. If the pavement is too hot for your hand, it's too hot for their paws.

🧊 Cooling treats are a winner
Frozen carrots, dog-safe ice lollies or stuffed Kongs can help them chill out.

🏠 Keep the house cool
Close curtains during the hottest part of the day and use fans or cooling mats if needed.

🌊 Paddling pools and damp towels
Many dogs love a splash about, and a cool damp towel can help them regulate their temperature.

🚗 Never leave dogs in cars
Even with windows open, temperatures can rise dangerously within minutes.

⚠️ Know the signs of heatstroke
Excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, vomiting, wobbliness or collapse are all emergencies. Contact your vet immediately if you're concerned.

Remember: your dog won't mind skipping a walk if it means staying safe. ❤️🐶☀️

Finally - if your pup is booked in with me and the temp is set to be high, please do get in touch if you have concerns on how to get them to and from the appointment safely. I would rather reschedule than risk their health. 💛

✨ Lottie came in for her Full Boop with a Summer Glow Up and doesn't she look gorgeous? 🧡☀️

We opted for a modified Schnauzer cut – keeping all that lovely Schnauzer character, but with a style that's a little easier to maintain and perfect for the warmer months.

To finish, Lottie treated herself to a Summer Glow Up, complete with a blueberry facial, luxurious Peanut & Pickle shampoo, paw balm and a spritz of perfume. Safe to say she left feeling fabulous. ✨🐾

As much as we all love fresh trims and fluffy glow-ups, keeping our pups safe and comfortable always comes first.

Thank you for your understanding, flexibility, and for helping me put the wellbeing of your dogs first. I really do have the best clients. ❤️

Flossy the Cocker Spaniel came in for a Full Boop and Summer Upgrade 🧡☀️

Flossy's coat had become a little unmanageable, so it was time for a reset back to her smooth, low-maintenance self. Sometimes a fresh start is exactly what's needed – making home grooming easier and keeping your dog comfortable through the warmer months.

And with Flossy living with arthritis, her comfort was front and centre throughout her appointment. We took things slowly, with plenty of care and consideration for her joints, making sure she could enjoy a stress-free groom at her own pace. 🐾

To top things off, she treated herself to a Summer Upgrade, leaving feeling fresh, pampered and smelling gorgeous. ✨

Handstripping helps maintain the correct texture and colour of the coat, keeping wiry-coated breeds looking natural and feeling comfortable. It’s a slower, more specialised process, but the results speak for themselves.

Roo was an absolute star and left looking tidy, smart and ready to show off that beautiful coat. 🐾✨

Waffle popped in for a Full Boop and treated himself to our Summer Glow Up – and just look at him! 😍

From nose to tail, he's feeling fresh, fluffy and ready for all the sunny adventures ahead. His blueberry facial, nourishing Peanut & Pickle shampoo, paw balm and finishing spritz have him looking (and smelling!) absolutely paw-fect.

Safe to say, Waffle understood the assignment. 💛
