📌 Here are some pictures from some of our recent training 1-1 sessions 🐾🐾🐾

1️⃣ Cookie ⭐ has been having training home visits as he needs to be able to use an inhaler daily. He is now able to put his nose in and take 8 breaths without any handling restraint 🏡

2️⃣ Ruby ⭐ had a puppy training session were we discussed all things puppy! This included appropriate socialisation and teaching not to jump up at people 🚶🏻‍♀️

3️⃣ Biscoff ⭐ had a home visit 1-1 session in which we discussed building confidence and independence, focus and connection, and how to help Biscoff feel comfortable with travelling in the car 🚗

Our Story

Over 18 years of animal related work experience along with currently being a provisional member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC). Since Graduating in 2011 - BSc (Hons) Animal Behaviour, I worked at a dog behaviour and training centre specialising in the behavioural consultations along with practical rehabilitation work. Since graduating from LJMU, I have completed the BIPDT course achieving 2nd Grade in August 2012. In 2015 I have also completed and passed the APBC Practical Assessment. I further my knowledge and practical skills by attending seminars on a regular basis. I don't advocate the dominant theory, which means no harsh punishments or quick fixes are used. Positive reinforcement reward based methods are used when dealing with problematic canine behaviours. Services shown below are available in the Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Leyland and the surround areas. Practical training 121s Group (up to 3 dogs) and solo dog walking Pop in visits Puppy Classes: Tuesdays at 6pm, Thursday at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 9:30am Beginner Dog Classes: Saturday at 10:30am Hoopers! Low Impact Agility: Tuesdays at 7:15pm (follow on) and Thursdays at 6:15pm (beginners)
