❤️🎄 I don't even know how to write this post, so bare with me. 🎄❤️
Last night I tested positive for COVID-19. I have been testing twice a day for the last week or so, as the new variant has been slowly taking over and I wanted to keep all my customers, Emily and the girls at the kennels Safe. 😷
Today was supposed to be my last day at the Farm. To say I am gutted is a complete understatement.
6 years ago I has a crazy idea that maybe, maybe I could be a dog groomer. Ruth had just set up the kennels so it seemed a natural fit. And working alongside your bestie, what could be better! Well it exceeded all my expectations. I've have the most incredible 6 years. I've met friends for life, learnt a hell of a lot about grooming and myself, and also have had the absolute honour of meeting so many of you wonderful customers who have trusted me with your fur babies like they're my own.
I truly cant even put into words how much you all mean to me, and how thankful I am. I have a job which I love, you made it all possible. That in itself is priceless. ❤️
A special thank you to Knowles Farm Luxury Boarding Kennels for supporting me right from the start, you really are an incredible friend, business woman and people are so lucky to have you look after their poochies. And to Lady and the Scamp Grooming for being my left arm for the last 3.5 years. I have no doubt that you will carry on to be be amazing. And to my parents who helped me fund the initial little.crazy idea I had 6 years ago. To all the girls at the kennels old and new I truly thank you all. The farm is a brilliant place to work and it's all these girls who make it that way.
I'm excited to start my crazy new venture into the world of oodles of poodles, and I'm looking forward to the challenges ahead.
Finally, to every single dog I have groomed, past 🌈 and present 🐩 I have loved every single second of it. It's something I'll never forget.
All my love,
❤️ Sophie ❤️
