4 slipped discs in my neck… 😳

Years of lifting, bending, bathing, drying, and grooming dogs of every shape and size have finally caught up with me.

Dog grooming isn’t just cuddles and cute photos – it’s a physically demanding job that takes its toll on the body. 🐾✂️

I’m smiling, but it’s been a tough journey. Time now to focus on recovery, healing, and getting back to doing what I love.

A reminder to all groomers: look after your backs, necks, and yourselves. We spend our days caring for others, but we need to care for ourselves too. ❤️ WHAT A YEAR!!
