Meet the person behind Safe Paws mobile microchipping!
I know it can be a bit daunting to have an unknown person come into your home, especially when you don’t have know anything about them or what they look like. So, I’d like to introduce myself and share a few pictures with you.
I’m Courtney, and I live in Chippenham, Wiltshire. My love for animals has been a huge part of my life since childhood, and I’ve been working with various animals since I was 16, primarily with horses.
I’m certified in microchipping and also hold a Level 2 diploma in Equine and a Level 3 diploma in Animal Care and Science.
I’m a proud mum to a 13-year-old daughter, and I am have a dog, four cats, and two snakes, all of whom I adore.
In my full-time job, I take care of three horses, two miniature donkeys, and three KuneKune pigs, along with assisting with their two dogs. I primarily offer microchipping services on Mondays and Sundays, as well as in the evenings after 4 PM, fitting it around my work schedule.
I launched my microchipping business last year because I genuinely believe that microchipping is not accessible to everyone at present. Whether you are a busy parent, do not drive, or are elderly or disabled, transporting your pet to the vets can be challenging and stressful, especially if your pet has a litter of puppies or kittens. Providing microchipping services brings me so much joy, as it significantly increases the likelihood of lost or stolen animals being reunited with their families. Additionally, I take great pleasure in meeting all of these wonderful animals.
So I hope this post is reassuring to everyone and apologies if it is abit long winded!
Please feel free to get in contact should you need my services or have any questions 😊
