Hey everyone, I am officially on holiday, scissor’s are put away for the next 10 days, salon will be back open 27th August, I do have only a couple of appts left that day

Hey everyone, just thought I would give you a little tip with checking for grass seeds and grass darts in your pooches pads, toes, if you blow a hairdryer on cool setting on to there feet so that the fur blows up you get a clear view between there toes and pads as the fur separates then it makes it easier in checking for any nastys that are lurking there, I have had quite a few of dogs coming in to me with these and some have become quite infected because the owner hasn’t been able to check due to the fur being long between toes and pads, it’s so important to check after every walk, especially inbetween grooms I always check every dog even on short fur and this is the technique I use when I’m drying

Handsome Logan the Samoyed ❤️ I just love how white he comes up, such a pampered and spoilt pooch he is 3hours of hard work & he always behaves and stays calm it must be my singing 😂😂

The gorgeous teddy is looking for a new home, teddy is roughly 7 years old jack russle x, he is needing a quiet home, I have been grooming him for roughly 2 years now & I can honestly say he is just the sweetest & I would have him my self but teddy doesn’t cope with little people making lots of noise bless him, he doesn’t have aggression just cowers away and try’s to hide because of the noise, he does have some skin allergy’s but it is easily managed please contact me if you think you can give teddy the perfect home, he is also great with other dogs & cats

Good morning, As flea season is well underway, I am now providing a flea prevention service for an additional fee of £5, this includes a soothing hypo shampoo bath with a flea treatment please do not hesitate to ring or message me for advice or any further information you would like regarding this service xx

Due to the weather becoming extremely hot next week for all those have an appt with me could you please make alternative traveling for your appt as I know a lot get walked to me, it is to hot not only for there paws, whilst in my care I do have in place air conditioning, all dogs will get bathed in cool water & dryed on a cool setting so they will take that little longer to get dryed, cold drinking water is on hand,

Good afternoon everybody, I am now offering dog grooming courses run from the salon with diploma level 1 & 2, courses run for 12 weeks beginners course covering all aspects from prepping, bathing/ drying, nail cutting and basic grooming to advanced styling with level 3 optional, please message me for more details, your own equipment will be essential clippers, blades, selection of scissors are a must but shampoos, brushes, dryer are equipped in the salon.
