⭐️⭐️ I get asked all the time which whelping systems, sleeping pods and kennel products I recommend — and honestly, Ryan Tilsley @ Plaztek is the only name I ever give.

I first bought from Ryan around 6 years ago, starting with a large whelping box and then several custom pieces. Every single item is still in fantastic condition and works exactly as it did when brand new — and that’s saying something because I’m a bit heavy handed 😂

I’ve just taken delivery of my latest order today and I’m absolutely over the moon. Ryan went out of his way to get everything to me quickly, delivery was spot-on, and everything was super easy to assemble.

If you want proper quality that lasts (not cheap stuff you’ll replace in a year), do yourself a favour and message Ryan Tilsley I wouldn’t use anyone else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A few little things when booking with us ❤️

Welcome — please read before attending your appointment

Thank you for booking with us. To keep our home calm and our dogs safe, we have a few house rules that all visitors must agree to:

⭐️Appointment times are important to us. Please try your best to arrive on time. We completely understand that delays can happen, and if they do, just let us know. We often have other dogs booked in for our other studs before and after your visit, so keeping to time helps the day run calmly for everyone.
⭐️ We kindly ask that only those needed for the appointment attend. Extra visitors and extended family can be distracting for the dogs, so please avoid bringing additional people along.
⭐️Children should not attend appointments. This is for safety and to keep stress levels low for the dogs.
⭐️ We kindly ask that there is no filming or photography inside our home. This is our private space, and for security reasons we do not allow photos or videos of our home or other dogs. You are of course welcome to take photos of your dog and the stud dog.
⭐️Please respect our dogs and property. Do not enter areas unless invited.

Stud fee & mating policy

⭐️Stud fees are non-negotiable. The fee reflects the quality, health testing, pedigree, and ongoing care and upkeep of our stud dogs.
⭐️The stud fee covers two matings, approximately 48 hours apart, which is the normal standard and is usually sufficient.
⭐️Additional matings may be offered subject to availability and are charged at £50 per extra mating.
⭐️ The stud fee is non-refundable, as it covers the service, time and handling provided at the appointment. If your bitch does not become pregnant, we are happy to offer a free repeat mating on her next season. Confirmation of non-pregnancy will be required from a licensed vet or via a scan carried out by us.
This repeat is for the same bitch with the same stud, must be taken at her next season, and is not transferable if the bitch is sold or rehomed.

Thank you for your understanding. These rules protect our dogs, our home, and ensure a calm, professional experience for everyone.
