understand that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to dog training. However, instead of focusing first on tricks like “paw” and “roll over,” we believe it’s more important to teach dogs the foundations of good behaviour — such as walking calmly on a lead, building environmental confidence and stability, and learning to ignore other dogs when appropriate.

With more focus on these everyday skills, we can all take greater accountability as owners and enjoy dog ownership more fully, rather than feeling limited to walking late at night or early in the morning to avoid stressful situations.
