With Goodwood Festival of Speed (10–13 July), traffic will be heavy — please leave extra time when dropping off cats for boarding or dogs for grooming. 🐾

⚠️ From 22 July to 22 August, there will be roadworks and temporary traffic lights on the B2178 St Paul’s Road bridge – delays likely!

Plan ahead to avoid hold-ups – thank you! 💛

☀️🔥 Heatwave Warning for Dog Owners! 🔥☀️
The pavement isn't the only thing heating up — so is the air your dog breathes!
If it’s too hot for your bare feet, it’s far too hot for their paws.
Dogs can suffer burns, heatstroke, and even death in hot weather.
Please walk them early in the morning or late in the evening, keep them hydrated, and NEVER leave them in a parked car.
Protect those paws and snouts this summer 🐾❤️

☀️ Keep Your Dog Cool in the Heat! 🐾
Hot days can be dangerous — here’s how to help:

🌅 Walk early or late
💧 Keep water topped up
🖐️ Avoid hot pavements
🌳 Give shade & airflow
🧊 Use cooling mats or frozen treats
🛁 Keep them groomed & brushed out – helps air flow through the coat
🚗 NEVER leave dogs in cars

Watch for signs of heatstroke: panting, drooling, wobbling — call your vet if in doubt. Stay safe out there! 🐶❤️

We've just received a call from someone saying a Black cat along Old broyle road has just been hit by a car and has gone into the woods by the bus stop near us if anyone owns a black cat around this area you may want to go looking, our manager Jan is currently out looking for the cat and told me to post this on here just incase the owner sees. 😔❤️
