Welcome to Happy Tails Dog & Cat Rehoming. We have been taking in unwanted animals for many years yet there seems now to be an increasing number of dogs & cats that come into our care. This doesn't mean that they are troublesome or difficult, more often that they are just the result of a change in circumstances. Through no fault of their own they are homeless and need our help! We never know what

sort of dog/cat will arrive - from super cute puppies/kittens of all breeds to stunning pedigrees and quite often, very loving and sedate golden oldies! We assess each animal’s nature whilst it is in our care so we have a good idea of the sort of home it would be best suited to. We like to ask potential new owners many questions so we can find their perfect match! If you could offer one of our dogs/cats a new home please get in touch so we can give them a second chance of happiness as soon as possible!

Today is National Black Cat Day! 🐈‍⬛

But for Noodle and Boq, it's just another day of waiting.

Today, we celebrate the stunning beauty of black cats and challenge the silly superstitions that make them wait longer for a home.

Sadly, that wait is a harsh reality for our two handsome, 12-week-old kittens, Noodle and Boq. Despite being sweet, playful, and ready to bring double the purrs to your life, they haven't received a single adoption application.

Don't let these perfect little shadows get overlooked! Black cats are just as loving, loyal, and magical as any other cat.

Hi there! 👋🐈 We’re Noodle (black and white) and Boq (Black).
We are two cheeky brothers, who have nothing but love to give, we purr on sight of any hooman, and make them laugh often with our cheeky kitten antics!♥️
We are 11 weeks old, fully vaccinated, flea & wormed, and very social. 🤗
It would be amazing if we could have a new home together as we love to play all the time!
However, not essential, as we'll learn to either be alone (with lots of love of course) or get to know other pets in our new home.

Our Secure dog exercise arena

Purpose built, fully fenced arena with clean, soft, all weather surface.

Under cover area with space for seating, shaded areas to cool down and dog drinking station. Solid high fence provides total privacy.

Available to hire seven days a week in blocks of 30 or 60 minutes for private use. Please contact us for commercial use.

Great for reactive dogs – private and quiet.

Ideal for dog agility, fly ball or dog training – groups or trainers who wish to run their own classes or workshops, please contact us to discuss.

The site is fully gated with very good security to ensure you and your dogs are safe.

On site free parking away from busy roads.

Open Seven Days a week 9:00 to 17:00 for use outside these times please contact us

Honey and Hazel are dreaming of a home they can call their own for Christmas. 💭♥️🏡🐈🎄

These beautiful tortoiseshell sisters are the most gentle natured girls, with a lot of love to give.

The girls are inseparable and rely on each other in every way.

They are quite shy around new people, however, once they get to know you, they will purr away for fusses in gentle company. ♥️ Because of this an understanding family that will give them time to settle into a new home is a must.

They are middle aged, approximately 10 years and would prefer a quieter home without children or dogs to suit their sedate nature.
They have previously lived with other cats and had access to the outdoors but are easily startled, so would need a secluded home with a quiet garden, or to be kept as indoor cats.

They have a big love for food, treats of any sort, catnip and, Hazel loves being brushed and will purr like crazy!
