Stocking up on these AGAIN!

Today: straight out the packing, 2nd throw in the field. Lost forever.

It's always the same dog that looses them too. 🫠

Today though, it was because we were rushed by an unknown dog so Barnie panicked and tried to climb me like a tree to avoid it. Thus loosing the toy in the grass and being unable to track it down afterwards. 🙄
Not annoyed at him loosing the toy, just wished it lasted longer than 2 throws ....

Hopefully we will find it again Friday when I take him back to that field again 🤞

If your dog has no recall, it shouldn't be off lead.

There i said it.

Dogs under my supervision are my priority and my whole job is to keep them safe, so when an unknown dog comes flying at them/the pack charging and barking. I will grab it if needed, I have in the past put it on a lead and marched it back to the owner. If I cannot catch it, I will stomp my foot, shout if necessary or if a dog takes a dislike to it, I will use my deterrent spray (compressed air can)

Day 1 of sunshine and the 'summer dog walkers' are out in force. Never seem to see them when its raining though.

Back to reality.

Invoices for this month are coming asap.

Thankyou to each and everyone of my clients for being brilliant this month.
Always feel guilty taking holidays when I know dogs need me to be there for them. But sometimes being a little selfish is worth it.

I recapped January with a massive downer, loosing friends/weather/rethinking life choices of career.
But February, February didn't disappoint.

We had a hen do. A wedding. A 10th birthday. Birthday party & a massive suprise trip to Disneyland for her too!

Best month ever.

Woooo! We got married!
15 years together. Dogs. A baby. Mortgage. And finally a ring 💍

Thankyou to all my lovely clients for understanding recently, moving walks & accommodating my brain fog mishaps. Thankfully no dogs were left un-walked. But some got extra on days i shouldn't have been for them 😂

A big thankyou to those of you also that have left messages of best wishes, cards and even gifts. Love you all and I'm so greatful you trust me with your pets.

January.
Full of mud, rain, sleet, snow.

A very near dog attack. (Thank all my lucky stars, the dog was muzzled)
I've been bitten on the arse.
Ripped my coat.
Slipped over on mud or ice too many times to mention.
2 popped tyres from a pot hole.
Freezing temperatures, aching hands and numb face.
& not to mention all the personal drama in my life.

To top it all off, another pupper passed over the rainbow bridge. 💔

Respectfully, January 2026.
Not much fun.

BUT February, that one might be decent. 🙌

It wasn't a moany post. Because all in all, the dogs have kept me smiling every single day & Im so greatful for that.
