Just had a visit from Molly May, a 12 week old ferret.
We introduced her to Mr Johnson's ferret food, Beaphar ferret malt paste and a super deluxe double fleece hammock.
Isn't she cute!

Here is Gracie, one of our regular doggie visitors looking heartbroken 💔 outside the shuttered doors.
She popped by for her usual tail-wagging visit only to find us closed - and let's just say she was not impressed! 😥
Gracie adores the shop as much as we adore her but don't worry, she will be back when we're open ready for fuss and treats!

Practice Update – Reopening Wednesday at 1pm

As many of you know, we’ve been undergoing refurbishment at the practice, with the final stage being the installation of new external signage. Unfortunately, during this process, asbestos was discovered. This required the closure of the practice to allow for safe and compliant removal.

Due to the nature of the issue, the work has taken longer than anticipated, as safety procedures cannot be rushed. We now have confirmation that the practice will reopen at 1pm on Wednesday.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by these emergency works. Our team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep clients informed and to ensure all emergencies are dealt with appropriately.

Whilst we completely understand the frustration of having to rearrange appointments at short notice, we kindly remind all clients that verbal abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Our team is doing their utmost to support everyone fairly and safely during this time.
