Hi all,

Thank you so much for your understanding and support during the recent changes within the business — I truly appreciate it.

Going forward, I will continue to send invoices on Friday mornings. However, I will be updating the payment terms from a 7-day Nett to 48 hours. This means that all payments made via bank transfer must now be received by 10am on Sunday each week.

To help stay on top of this, some clients find it useful to set a reminder or alarm on their phones in line with the deadline — and if this is something you find helpful too, I would be very grateful.

As I’m self-employed and currently working towards securing a mortgage, having a consistent and timely income is incredibly important. Your cooperation in helping me maintain that consistency means a lot, and I truly appreciate it.

These updated terms will take effect starting this Friday, with the first payment deadline falling on Sunday at 10am.

If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
