Do not sign up to Vodafone or voxi for broadband. They are totally useless if there is a problem.. I have had no Internet for over a week! This not only affects my business but I cannot access any apps, bank accounts, shopping etc. Talked to vodaphone, they blame voxi. Voxi do not answer the phone & do not reply to numerous voice messages left. I have had NO help from Vodafone and only suggested contacting voxi.co.uk. I have NO internet access! Derrrr! Oh they said, so sorry, goodbye!!

I will be switching networks in the next day. Absolutely disgraceful customer service
