Cost: £60 including refreshments.

The day will focus on how we can achieve an improved performance for the rider.
This camp is unmounted, and all activities are as a group.

Includes:
🐴An interactive demo of test movements with Janet Horswill and Rosa Hall. Rosa is an under 25 rider, currently competing PSG and is a list 5 judge.
🐴Strength and conditioning session with Simon Cushman (BSc Sport and Exercise Science MSc Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning)
🐴Sports Psychology with Professor Moira Lafferty (PhD., C. Psychol, AFBPsS, HCPC Registered Sport & Exercise Psychologist)
