This camp is unmounted, and all activities are as a group.

"Two Athletes, One Performance" will see some of the region's top equine professionals present on their field and will be a great learning day for coaches, riders etc.
This is heavily subsidised by British Dressage Head Office - Β£30 per ticket including a buffet lunch.
We introduce "Two Athletes, One Performance" - A sport science seminar at Kelsall Hill on Saturday 1 March. We will have a host of presenters who are at the pinnacle of their profession.
Open to all! For coaches, this will be endorsed with 8 credits total, 4 Working with Others and 4 Self-Development.

Thereβs not long to go now until the most of exciting event on our calendar - The BD North & West Winter Wonderland Ball 2023.
We will be kicking off our evening at 6pm with welcome drinks and the presentation of the top 10 combinations in each squad, who have competed in the Testt Youth Rider League 2023.
The all important question is though, who will be the winner of coveted training bursary π

From 2001 to 2010, Janet was BYRDS North West Regional Representative and was instrumental in organising regional training opportunities for young riders.
In 2010, Janet was elected as BYRDS Director and she fulfilled this role for the maximum term allowed.
Janetβs overwhelming contribution to the BYRDS scheme (now rebranded as BD Youth) was recognised in 2016 when she was awarded the British Dressage (BD) Medal of Honour for her services.
Janetβs person-centred coaching philosophy is holistic in its approach and the results speak for themselves. Her many pupils regularly qualify for Regional and National BD Championships while some have gone on to receive team selection and feature on UK squads.β
Based in Cheshire, Janet has trained and competed five horses up to BD Inter 1 level and ridden at National Championships at Prix St George and Inter 1.
βJanet coaches riders on a freelance basis at her yard and at other venues around the North West. She also organises regular clinics with her coach Joern Kubelke.
