Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the neck band & poll pad I bought from you at Your Horse Live. I used the neck band this weekend during a jumping lesson & my horse felt absolutely incredible. It fitted perfectly & didn’t move - I didn’t bother using the straps to attach to saddle yet there was no movement & looked very neat & tidy under my usual breastplate - I really liked the idea I could use the magnets whilst actually riding without them getting it the way physically or a aesthetically and they were perfect for the job!
I used the poll pad this morning whilst out hacking & again my horse felt better than ever! I was a bit sceptical that it would fit my bridle as I have a very large anatomical head piece but it is designed so well it will fit anything! It didn’t interfere with anything & fitted him brilliantly - the material is lovely.
I’m really pleased I’ve got two great pieces of kit I can use for different types of riding and I was able to purchase them both because they were so reasonably priced!
I was recommended to use magnets by my physio as my horse struggles with issues with his head/neck/jaw as he isn’t conformationally correct - he has one eye higher than the other, one ear bigger than the other & his head is off set to the left so he does struggle with stiffness & tightness etc & I’m now really pleased I can help him out a bit more with the use of his Staroak magnets! I love the idea of the poll
Pad too - I searched everywhere for a product like this when he was first diagnosed & I couldn’t find anything like it on the market!
I’m so pleased I saw your stand at Your Horse Live - it was the end of the day & I was waiting for a friend opposite your stand & spotted you & we both ended up investing in your product!
