🐾 Opening Day Information – Please Read 🐾

Our opening day is tomorrow! Please take a moment to read the information below and refer to the attached image for parking guidance and the drop-off/pick-up procedure.

Parking
As shown in the image, you may park on my side of the driveway (marked with a tick). However, please ensure you park far enough over to allow my neighbour unrestricted access to and from their driveway at all times.

You may also park along the kerb where appropriate. Please be mindful not to block or park across anyone’s driveway.

Please do not park on the grass. My neighbour works incredibly hard to keep the front lawns looking tidy, so I would really appreciate everyone helping to keep the area looking its best by parking alongside the grass rather than on it.

If your dog happens to toilet on the grass and you don’t have any poo bags with you, please let me know and I will clear it up.

I’d be grateful if everyone could be respectful and considerate of our neighbours as we settle into this new arrangement.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedure
When you arrive, please wait at the end of my driveway near the hedge and I will come out to meet you. To help keep the dogs calm and minimise barking, please do not walk directly up to the gate.

As usual, simply send me a message when you arrive and I’ll come straight out.

Opening Hours & Pricing
Opening hours remain unchanged.

Please note that the new pricing comes into effect from tomorrow:

• Full Day – £27
• Half Day (up to 4 hours of your choice) – £22
• Any stay exceeding 4 hours will be charged at the full-day rate of £27

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Hello everyone,

With the upcoming relocation approaching, there are a few important points I’d like to share.

Availability of Set Days
If you currently have a regular booking that you are only using partially, or no longer require, please let me know as soon as possible. I am in the process of reviewing availability ahead of the move, and unused spaces could be offered to others who are on the waiting list and would greatly appreciate them.

Facility Improvements & Updated Policy
I have recently made a significant investment into converting the garage into a high-quality, comfortable space for the dogs. This includes new electrics, plastering and boarding (due for completion shortly), new flooring, furniture, and overall upgrades to create a calm and welcoming environment.

As a result of this investment, I will be introducing a stricter policy regarding male dogs. Moving forward, I will only be able to accept neutered males. This is to prevent scent marking and potential damage to the newly renovated space, as well as to maintain hygiene and overall quality of the environment.

If you prefer not to have your dog castrated, chemical implants will also be accepted as an alternative.

Additionally, my aim is to create a relaxed atmosphere for the dogs while being mindful of my neighbours. Intact males can sometimes be more challenging to manage, and reducing disruptive behaviour will help ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation as I make these improvements and adjustments.

Thank you. If you go ahead with booking your dog in to get castrated, your space will be reserved until when your dog is better and can attend again. You will not lose your spot with us ❤️
