We know that some dogs who don’t pass our assessment may be accepted into other daycares, and that’s okay. Every business has its own approach and standards. We’re proud of ours because we’ll never compromise on the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of the dogs in our care.

Okay, I may have slightly overhyped Friday’s announcement... 😂

BUT.

Doras WorldPup 2026 is officially on!

We’ve randomly assigned our daycare dogs to football teams from around the world, and we’ll be revealing who’s representing who very soon. 🌎⚽🐾

Throughout the tournament we’ll post each fixture, and after every match, one pup will be eliminated...

(Not literally. Please don’t call the RSPCA. 😅)

The competition continues until we’re left with one WorldPup Champion, who will win their own WorldPup trophy, eternal glory, and most importantly... bragging rights. 🏆

Once your dog’s team is revealed, we want to see it everywhere!

📸 Share photos of your pup supporting their team. Get the whole family involved. Tag us in your match day pictures. Tag the actual players if you fancy your chances. Tell us who you’re backing to lift the trophy

Even if your dog isn’t taking part, we’d love you to follow along and join in the fun. Pick a team, choose a favourite pup, and let us know who you’re rooting for!

Mango’s been away for a little while,
Helping Rhubarb settle in with a wag and a smile.

A loving big sister, gentle and kind,
Always there when Rhubarb needed peace of mind.

Back at Dora’s on Tuesday, she brightened the day,
Greeting her pals in her sweet, cheerful way.

Beautifully behaved from beginning to end,
A joy to have back and a wonderful friend.

We’re so proud of the big sister role you’ve begun,
Looking after Rhubarb while still having fun.

So here’s to you, Mango, our star shining bright,

With a wagging tail wherever she’ll go.
Great listening ears and energy too,
Always ready for games and zoomies on cue.

Such a lovely girl with a heart so sweet,
Curled in the tiniest ball when she’s ready to sleep.
You wouldn’t believe how small she can be,
For a girl so full of life and personality.
