🏠 Roofline upgrade in Winchcombe 🏠

Over time leaking gutters and decaying timber had caused significant damage to the integrity of this roof, as a result we:

- Removed all gutters, facias and soffits
- Cut back rotten roof rafters and sistered new ones in to restore structural integrity
- Installed new cladding to the overhanging eave
- Installed new facia boards, ventilated soffits and high flow guttering throughout

✅ It’s not just about making the house look nice on the outside - it’s about making sure the roof structure underneath stays rock solid for years to come!

• Shed removed

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Another one boxed off in Tenby by the Welsh division last week 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

This one had it all:

- All kit dropped on the road, ferried up an alley through next doors (very tight) garden
- Double infill trays
- Multiple drain outlets, soil pipes and new Acco drains
- Cuts galore and not a square wall in sight
- A rare appearance from Mr Carter

Persian grey 25mm limestone and Steintec flint grout have transformed this courtyard garden into a usable space for Airbnb guests.
