Hannah is honoured to have been asked to give a seminar at Groomania Belgium in September. She first went as a competitor 8 years ago, the biggest competition she’d ever been to and now she’s living the dream. She absolutely loves this competition. We know your favourite groomer will smash this 🐶❤️🌈

Hannah has been in Belgium again this weekend, competing in the Grooming Arts competition. We are absolutely bursting with pride as she placed 1st in Champion spaniel & setter against strong competition representing Poland and Belgium, 2nd and 3rd respectively. She used her own Jaxson who was superb again, securing his second 1st place from his 3 competitions (also 3rd). Don’t you think Jax looks super proud of himself? It seems that Hannah is showing great potential to be a serious contender within Europe. So proud 🐶❤️🌈

We are sad to say that Ian will be leaving us tomorrow (Friday) after nearly 10 years as our front of house. It has been amazing to have had his support and I know that many of you will miss his friendliness, banter and kindness. It goes without saying that he will be truly missed by us all and we wish him well with his next chapter in life.

We would like to congratulate Hannah Bowles on becoming a Gundog Supreme Champion.

Hannah is definitely someone to watch out for in the ring, being so successful, she’s on the Groom Team England Reserve Team for this category.

Another successful weekend for Hannah in Manchester at the Great British Grooming Show. Hannah was awarded another first place in the Setter and Spaniel Championship Class with the magnificent Hercules, who happens to be half brother to her own Jaxson. In the afternoon she competed in Salon Freestyle Champion Class with the brilliant Teddy the cockerpoo and she achieved 3rd place, no photo available I’m sorry to say. Also a big shout out to Harriot Nightingale who was awarded 1st place in Pure Breed Intermediate with Danby the Lhasa Apso and also won 1st place in doubles freestyle with Sophie from the Fairy Dog Mother. We couldn’t be prouder of our superstars 🐶❤️🌈

This weekend Hannah was in Liege, Belgium competing in the Diamex Master Groom. A stunning 3rd place against strong fellow groomers. Well done Hannah 🐶❤️🌈

This weekend Hannah was at Toulouse, France for a grooming competition. In her words….
Today was a learning curve for me…unfortunately, I decided to leave the competition ring today for the welfare of the dog who was clearly upset, I spent the afternoon meeting amazing groomers. Tomorrow is a sightseeing day for us.

She’s done it again!
Your favourite groomer took first place in the Handstrip Gun Dog Champions class at the Grooming Show held at the Kennel Club on Sunday. Massive congratulations to Hannah and her boy Jaxson

Exciting news! I’m absolutely thrilled to share that I have been selected as a reserve for Team England in Gundog 🐾🇬🇧

This has been a dream of mine for so long, and I’m beyond proud to have made it this far. The road hasn’t always been easy, and there have been plenty of challenges along the way, but every setback has only made me more determined to keep going and fight for my place.

I’ve put everything into this journey, and I’m so grateful for the amazing support from my friends in the grooming industry - you inspire me daily 💪 . And most of all, I hope I’m making my little boy proud ❤️

Here’s to the next chapter, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me! Thank you to everyone who’s been there along the way. Let’s do this ✂️

Here we are at the end of another year.
As always, I must start by saying the biggest thanks to my amazing team. Without them, none of this is possible.
Secondly, a big thank you to our wonderful owners whose kindness and consideration is much appreciated by us. Your ongoing support of Pooches enables me to continue following my passion for dog grooming.
