Please, please, please sign this petition, these dogs deserved to live their new lives filled with love not to be taken for financial gain and killed. This cannot be allowed to happen ever again 🙏

Not overseas.
Not hidden away.

This was no accident.
This was the result of silence. Of looking the other way. Of a system that allows anyone to call themselves a rescue — and no one to stop them.

This is our line in the sand.

Across the UK, unregulated pop-up rescues are multiplying. No licences. No inspections. No protection. Animals are suffering behind closed doors while cruelty hides in plain sight.

But today — 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸.

Not with violence.
Not with hate.
But with courage.
With unity.
With unstoppable, undeniable truth.

𝗗𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.
For the 37 who never made it out.
For the 20 still learning to trust again.
For every soul locked in a cage tonight, waiting for someone to care.

Hello - So I’ve been busy behind the scenes building further collaborations to bring some new projects to our community hub.

As part of this, I’m looking for volunteers to work directly with me and support the following initiatives.

🪴 Gardening project volunteer.
We have been really lucky securing an allotment. And I’m looking to set up a gardening project working with Neurodivergent youngsters and adults. As well as their friends, carers and family members. A passion and understanding of Neurodivergent people would be beneficial.

💻Digital Tech Volunteers.
Launching a digital inclusion program, but also walk-in surgery and learning hub from the New Year. I want to empower as many people as possible to be able to access many free resources and support their development. No tech experience necessary as you will work through this amazing interactive program and hence become a champion able to support others. A desire to work with people from all backgrounds is important.

💛 Chai time chat Volunteer.
Do you enjoy socialising over a cup of tea? I’m looking for a couple of people to support sessions during the week so we can tackle isolation together. You will be providing a safe space for people to come together and just enjoy a bit of socialising.

🎲 Board Games Volunteer
How about enjoying a cup of coffee was playing a board game? If you enjoy gaming generally than this may be a good way for you.

and if you would like to volunteer in a different capacity or have an idea, then please feel free to reach out as well.

Whilst these are voluntary roles, they may lead to paid opportunities in time as I try to access funding.

But there will be treats for volunteers in the meantime.

Poor Colin, he could be anywhere. Please share and let’s get him home to his family for Christmas 🙏

COLIN NOW UPGRADED TO STOLEN: Missing since Wednesday, 20th November 2024 after escaping from home in Brynna, Pencoed, Bridgend area, CF35 Wales.

Colin’s AirTag has been found. It has been physically removed and why the Police are now involved.

Colin is a four year old St. Bernard. He is microchipped and marked as missing.

UPDATE . . . They are safe. They’re still looking for their forever home. There are some wonderful people out there 🙏

This is a long story, but please take the time to read it. These 2 have got just 6 days (I think now) to be re-homed before the local council have them destroyed. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE share the heck out of this and let’s see if we can find them a rescue, a foster or best case scenario their forever home. This is so sad 😢
