WHY DO WE OFFER A MEET & TREAT? 🐾

If you’re looking to join us as a new client, you might have noticed that we ask to meet your dog before booking their first full groom with us.

Our Meet & Treats are completely FREE and usually take around 15–20 minutes. 🤍

It gives your dog the chance to:

✨ Have a sniff around the salon
✨ Meet our groomers
✨ Get used to the sights, sounds & smells
✨ Enjoy a few treats and make some positive associations
✨ Have a little fuss without the pressure of a full groom

It also gives us the opportunity to have a look at their coat, chat about their grooming history and get to know their personality.

Every dog is different, and this helps us make sure we book the right amount of time, the right groomer and the right type of appointment for them.

Most importantly, we want both you and your dog to feel comfortable with us before their first groom. 🐶💕

☀️ A Little Favour to Ask This Week & Next Week ☀️

With temperatures expected to reach up to 34°C, we’re temporarily adjusting our opening hours to 7:00am – 2:00pm to help keep our team and your dogs as comfortable as possible.

We do have two air conditioning units in the salon, but during extreme temperatures they can only do so much, and we’d like to keep the coolest parts of the day available for our furry guests.

If you have an appointment with us over the next couple of weeks and would be happy to move to an earlier appointment time, we’d be incredibly grateful if you could drop us a message.

Not only would this help us manage the heat more effectively, but it may also allow us to accommodate clients who:
🐾 Are elderly or have mobility difficulties and may struggle with very early mornings.
🐾 Don’t drive and rely on lifts, public transport, or others to bring their dog.

As always, we’re so grateful for how understanding and supportive our clients are.❤️

Brandi is home!!! Thank you to everyone who shared❤️❤️ We can’t wait to see you Brandi to give you a big cuddle!✨🤍

Guys fantastic news “ we have her”….. just got back from emergency vet’s where she has been checked over…. She was only 1.7 kg when she went missing and now is 1.2kg so she has lost some body weight, other than that she appears fine……and now having lots of cuddles.!

We will never be able to thank Chris enough he’s been our absolute lifesaver this week with his efforts.

We will post again later, we now just need time to decompress and get her settled back, thank you so much to people who shared, and also donated to the go fund we’ve set up.

The kindness you have all shown is truly overwhelming.
