Luna Hogs Chatteris Rescue We are small hedgehog voluntary rescue based in Chatters on the Fens of Cambridgeshire.

Our mission is to rehabilitate ill hedgehogs back to health and a healthy weight ready to release them back to where they belong.

We are disappointed that we have to remind people do NOT kick hedgehogs. Even if you think you are helping them by moving them, this is NOT the way. We just had a hedgehog in who was witnessed being kicked into a hedge. It is currently at the vets being checked over but this is not okay. If you think this is okay, you need to do better.

The world cup is officially underway. We understand that alot of you will be getting into the football spirit and bringing out the nets to have a kick about. Please remember to lift your nets off the ground after you've finished! Hedgehogs can get tangled really easily and the injuries they sustain are catastrophic. It takes a few minutes, please lift your nets 🦔🥅
