When you book with Dog Boarding Chard, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at [email protected] or 07725891873 Whattsapp is our preferred method on 07725891873 at least 14 Days Cancellation Notice at which 50% of the booking cost will be due,in advance.
If you do not show up for your scheduled booking and have not notified us, you may be charged a no-show fee. Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule at the last minute may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings or may be subject to having their appointment privileges revoked.
