Sadly, Mr PurrfectIvy won't allow me to have chickens at PurrfectTowers... Luckily for me, a client had 4 of them! They were all low maintenance girlies while their carers were away on holiday, but I still got some chicken cuddles and had the best of both worlds!

‼️PURRFECT IVY RETURNS‼️

To all my dear clients,
I am happy to announce that I have reopened my Purrfect Ivy pet sitting books after a stressful few months involving multiple house moves and starting a new job.

There are a few changes:

🐾My covered areas have changed - see separate post.
🐾There is a slight price increase between £1-£2 per service.
🐾I am not currently offering dog walking as a separate service. Due to my daytime role, it is difficult for me to commit to same hours / days that clients may need. I do not feel it would be responsible of me to offer this service. (All dog sits will continue to have their walks included)

I will not be taking any bookings for October, November and early December 2022
Purrfect Towers is moving (a few times) over the next few months, due to buying a house right in the midst of a pesky recession!
Due to constant changing locations, and no set final move date, I do not want to let clients down last minute.

Once we are settled in a new home, I will open my books again!

Lilies are beautiful flowers - but their toxicity effects on our cats are less so.

Many cats are drawn to lilies due to their sweet smells, and are tempting to lick / chew / eat the leaves and petals.

Unfortunately, lilies cause significant risk to cat kidneys, with effects resulting in renal failure.
Emergency treatment should your cat lick or ingest any part of a lily could include 24-48 hours hospitalisation at a vets with regular treatment and monitoring.

The best option? Don't have real lilies in your home.
Artificial ones are much better!

If you notice your cat paying too much attention to your lily plants, or appearing covered in pollen - contact your vet immediately!
