Brookllan sweet dreams missed her show pony lead rein as I was riding so we went into newcomers with darcie Jackson for the experience

Rotherwood its the business & Jocelyn Hutchinson 2nd show pony

Meeryhill Lorenzo at his first ridden show coming 4th in the large breeds with myself

Dawros voodoo ray in hand reserve supreme led by Rachel Mccoey

Balmoral show 2026

Delighted with the ponies in cold wet conditions - can we have a warm sunny show now???

Pulled 2nd and stayed 2nd in a huge class of top ponies
Both tiny pony and rider can hold their own 🤩

Brookllan sweet-dreams ridden by Alice Shelly
Pacing 5th in a strong class of open show ponies and hunters
She’s just a baby and so much mileage to gain

Musslebouragh Darcie ridden by Alice Shelly & led by Rachel mccoey put in a great performance for another baby pony and ended out of the placing
Alice giving both ponies a great ride and invaluable experience 😃

Those little size 3 booties rode her beautifully with the highest ride mark

What a busy weekend, we headed off Thursday morning with 8

This little pony arrived with me unbroken at the end of January and her results this weekend shows her versatility

Our trusty little steed was tiny tots champion, 2nd in the open lead rein and 2nd in the lead rein working hunter

This little stallion was backed 5 weeks ago and we are delighted with his performance in such an atmosphere

Raz was brought in 5 weeks ago after a very long break since being broken many years ago and Miya was her first tiny jockey to sit on board

Every day is a learning day for the two darcies, Darcie pony was only broke over the winter and Darcie wasn’t doing rising trot 6 weeks ago so we are delighted with both as they have so much more to give

Pickmere Wizard of oz ridden by Ellie Williams as we had a clash of classes and I had to ride the stallion in his class
6th part bred ridden

Jumped the performance workers to unfortunately have a pole down

I also had the privilege of leading pom pom in the veteran class with Alice to gain a 4th in great company thanks Rebecca

And chaseford camellia with wynter in the open show pony lead rein to place 2nd

Our little team competed in the fancy dress coming champions as ‘The Arena Party’ accompanying the riders were the 2 little Shetlands who were fantastic from start to finish
The 2 girls Alice & miya went for the hobby horse competition placing 1st & 2nd 🐴

As always thanks to the owners, riders, leaders and those who get handed ponies to hold or trips to the lorry for bits and bobs
Also Thanks to our chef for the weekend I know we are a demanding bunch but on the bright side atleast we do the dishes 😂😂

I am forever greatful to have such an amazing team of helpers, owners and liveries, from the endless days of bringing my little lead rein jockey up to ride each pony,the lunch makers, those who help keep the outfits ready for each class, the kids dressed and the craic going Sarah & Ally kept the lorry and kids impeccable yesterday!!

I’m starting another season of showing, with 2 girls who work so hard alongside me daily.. Rachel and Ellie no matter what I ask they are there, without them both we couldn’t do what we do! The dedication they have for our team of ponies is second to none 😃

Tia is the ultimate lead rein/FR pony who happily looks after the smallest, wobbliest jockeys on the lead

Tia has previous pony club experience, she pops a course of fences and loves to hack, either alone or in company

She is a very pleasant quiet pony to have on the yard, she is easy to clip trim etc and loves a hot bath after working

Travels easily and happily stands on the lorry whilst others are off working

Easily handled by kids on the ground, pleasant for little people to lead and work around

Only for sale due to owners personal circumstances
