As we seem to have had some issues with our pick up and drop off times, I will post them here again. We have designated slots for several reasons.
1) I am the license holder, so I have to be available when new or unfamiliar dogs are dropped off.
2) For insurance purposes, if I need to ask anything, I need to ask it and document, not another family member
3) we are a family run business, and as such, we have personal issues to deal with, I have elderly parents I care for, so the slots allow me to arrange their visits, appointments etc
4) Although my son, husband and father assist in all aspects, on first or second stays it is me as license holder that is responsible for the clear transfer between pets and owners.
I hope this clarifies some issues. We do our upmost to accommodate everyone’s needs and I will, if needed pick pets up and drop them off. We will always always try to assist where possible but as I am also part of a family, things sometimes need to be rearranged or juggled.
Time slots are as follows:
Mondays - after 6.30
Tues/weds/thur - 8 -9 / 10.30 - 11 or 6 -7
Fri - 8/9 - 10.30 - 12 or 6-7
Saturday and Sunday- these are guidelines as weekends are our family time too, so these could be amended. Saturday- 8 - 10.30 or 5-6
Sunday - 8 - 10.30 or after 3pm
Please let me know if these cause any issues.
MEET AND GREETS:
Tuesdays - 11 - 12.30 or after 3pm
Weekends - Saturday - 9 -10.30 or after 3pm
Sundays - after 10am or after 3pm.
