Had a lovely night at the National Pet Awards in Glasgow last night with Debbie from Doggie D'Tails Rachel from Doric Dogs Clinical Canine Massage Therapy and Lisa and the gang from Hi-Jinks Dog Agility Sadly neither Lisa or myself took home a trophy but Rachel won in her category and also our lovely table mates (and fellow podenco owners!) The Ethical Dog: Behaviour and Nutrition. Well done guys. We had fun anyway even if the wine was terrible 😂 Jane M Garry was fun and the music was LOUD and we all scrubbed up good. Back to hairy leggings and wellies tomorrow

I have invested in a new bit of kit for the clinic that I have been considering for a wee while.

The Westville PEMF Biomag 2e unit provides Pulsed Electro Magnetic (PEMF) therapy in 2 separate settings. One sets up the body to be in an ideal state to heal tissues of the body. The other provides relief for chronic pain conditions and neurological damage. Both fantastic alongside the type of massage that I provide.

A really interesting article from a veterinary practice publication. I hear so often from people that their vet has said surgery is necessary and no other support is required. Food for thought both pre, post or as a complete alternative.
