I have had a few no-shows this week and whilst I totally understand that life happens to us all and this is a particularly busy time of year, this is really hard for me to manage and ultimately results in me losing income.
I am fully booked weeks/months ahead,Im trying my best to fit everyone in and although I have a cancellation list as long as my arm, the reality is that the time lost when I’m not given any notice of a cancellation, often means I simply don’t have enough time available to get another dog in and complete the groom before the next appointment is due.
Please just let me know if you can’t make it, that way someone else can take the slot and I still get paid.
I ask for a small fee of 50% of the groom fee in the event of late cancellations (if I can fill it, I don’t generally charge it) and no shows, which will be payable before any further bookings can be made.
