Look no further, enjoy our off road track especially in the winter months where you don't have to go on any roads, use of hot wash and solarium for pamper days with your horse or for getting them ready for competitions, all weather turnout pen, flood lit school with use of showjumps and all year turnout.

Beaumont Cote Stables is a DIY livery yard with lots of support. We are situated 2 miles north of Lancaster near Carnforth (between M6 junction34&35), set in 350 acres of farmland overlooking Morecambe Bay and the Lake District.
