Fair play to Royal Mail after 17 emails the parcel I sent for my grandson (recorded etc) has finally turned up after a month......back at my house ....No communication in relation to delivery other than an email today stating my picture shows it's over 2kg in weight (They also stated postage wasn't paid (also shown on the front of the parcel) looks like I will be having a trip up to Birmingham myself
