I thought I would share something that I have been working on over the last few weeks.

Proud to say that I have completed my first Ultra Marathon.

Vale Coast 50k ✅
8th overall 🙌

The longest distance I’ve ever raced — and the weather definitely made sure I earned it 🌬️💨 (I nearly got blown off my feet a few times!)

So many positives to take from this one, and plenty to work on before the next race. Very proud of myself considering I only made the decision to switch things up from track racing to the Ultra trail scene just over 8 weeks ago 👀

Roll on the next one 🚀

Fresh grooms, fluffy coats, and a little bit of magic ✨🌲🐶

Some lovely pups have just stepped out of their spa days at Cwtsh y Ci, and they’re posing in our enchanted forest backdrop like the woodland royalty they are! From wagging tails to shiny coats and the happiest little faces, these dogs are feeling as magical as they look.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing our furry clients leave looking fresh, comfy, and full of confidence. 💚
