How sweet is Obi! 🐶 He visited the Paddock recently and had a wonderful time. His human Sophie said:

"Visted today with my beagle Obi and it was perfect, the car park is secure, the field is secure and Obi loved it!!! we will be back for sure 😁🐾"

Call them back, reward, then let them go again. 🏅

They’ll learn that coming when called doesn’t always mean the fun is over!

Well done to our March Photo Competition Winner! 📸🏆

A huge thank you to everyone who commented and tagged us in their amazing paddock photos this month. We love seeing your dogs having the best time on their off-lead adventures! 🐾

This month’s winner is Mabel, who was brought to the paddock by Jo at Carlisle Walkies With Jo . We chose this gorgeous photo because Mabel is such a beautiful girl - plus her harness looked just like a pink heart, which of course melted all of ours 🥹💖

Mabel received a doggie Easter egg and a fluffy bunny toy as her prize - a lovely little Easter treat! 🐰

Paddock Training Tip #08: Follow the Leader 🐾

Walk around the paddock and change direction regularly.
When your dog chooses to follow you without being called, reward them with praise or a treat.

This is a simple way to keep them engaged, build focus and strengthen your bond, all while adding a little gentle exercise for both of you 🥰

UPDATE! A productive one today 🌱💪

We’ve upgraded the hose, so no more battling with kinks every five minutes 🙌 and we’ve also put down some fresh grass seed in the paddock.

We can’t wait to see it come through and make the space even better for the dogs to run, play and explore 🐾
