Olivia has just been broken to ride this year by us (She was a dream to break) she has been with us since at least march this year. She stands at the mounting block, has three established paces and is starting to do pole work.
She has the most gentle attitude, loves to be made a fuss of, happily rests her head on your shoulder or chest when scratching her neck. She is always happy to see you and loves her work.
She is an intelligent horse and uses that intelligence to work with you, when breaking her, when we introduced something new she was unsure of, you could see her brain working trying to figure it out, then the next day it was as if she had been doing it for a week. She has never once tried to buck, rear, bolt or do anything nasty ( I wish they all were like her to break)
She has terrific stable manners, stands to have her feet picked up, great for the farrier, happy to stand tied up and loads into our lorry with no issues. P.S. she loves carrots
Her sire is Johnny Depp who himself was sired by Bordeaux - for those people who are interested in recorded breeding.
She has a big stride, too big for our small arena anyways, lovely movements. She would make a good horse for an experienced teenager looking to move on, or anyone that wants to take a young horse and produce her further.
