Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share an update with you all. Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, I’ve been advised to go on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy after spending the past week in hospital. Because of this, I won’t be able to return to work as planned.

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but all appointments from today onwards will need to be cancelled.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, support, and loyalty—it truly means the world to me and my business. I appreciate each and every one of you 💛

Good evening everyone,

This isn’t something I ever expected to be posting, but I wanted to keep you all informed. I’ve been admitted to hospital this evening due to possible early labour, which is quite concerning given how far along I am. I’m also being transferred to another hospital to ensure both baby and I receive the best possible care.

I want to be as open as I can, but at the moment there’s still a lot of uncertainty and I don’t yet know what the next steps will be 😞

As a result, all appointments for this week will need to be cancelled. Either myself or a family member will be in touch with you directly regarding your booking.

Just a little reminder that from this week onwards all appointments that are booked in with me, this will be your last one and no further appointments will be made with myself as my maternity leave starts in May.

For all appointments that are in the two weeks of May, they stand as they are unless anything changes!! If this does become the case then everyone will be notified accordingly ☺️

Maternity Leave Update

I just wanted to let everyone know that I’ll be going on maternity leave from mid-May (all being well), as I’m currently experiencing a few complications.

I’ve had lots of people asking when I’ll be returning, and the honest answer is that I don’t know yet. My focus will be on my recovery and enjoying time with my baby, so I won’t be setting a return date in advance. As soon as I have any updates, I’ll share them — but for now I’d really appreciate your understanding while plans remain open.

If you’d like an appointment before mid-May, please make sure you book in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

When it comes to recommendations for other dog groomers, it’s always down to personal preference — what works well for one dog or owner may not suit another. If I feel your dog would benefit from a 1:1 groomer, I’ll let you know. There are plenty of highly skilled local groomers who are aware that I’ll be taking some time off.

I also want to say that over the past few weeks I’ve received a small number of rude and unnecessary comments. I understand that changes can be frustrating, but kindness and respect are really important to me and my business. I won’t be accepting disrespectful communication going forward and appreciate everyone’s understanding with this.

🐾🐾Good morning 🐾🐾

It’s going to be a long one …. Sorry 🤭

That is me now all finished for the Christmas period and I would like to say a huge thank you to all my customers for their kind generosity with gifts, tips, cards it’s greatly appreciated❤️

The salon will be now closed for 3 weeks as I’ll be taking an extra week off after the new year for some well needed winter sun. All appointments will be resume on my next working day which will be Monday 12th January.

Finally….

As some of you are now aware that I’am expecting a bundle of joy in the new year baby 👶 which is the reason I have been extremely poorly and Iam now hopeful i have come out the other end. All appointments will remain how they are unless anything changes and notice will be given. I will however no longer be able to groom larger breeds as honestly i physically cannot do it.
Please get in touch if you are not sure if this is applicable to you.

I’am back to work and feeling a little bit more myself. I can now sit down and check appointments for December.

I do have a few remaining appointments left but once they are gone they are gone. I won’t be able to squeeze any body in. If you do need to make an appointment then please get in touch and I will check my availability.
Please remember my books are currently closed for any new customers.

⛔️ I do have a few hospital appointments coming up end of November beginning of December and also my daughter’s nativity play December month, so there will be a possibility of dates changing, you will be contacted ahead of time for this and I apologies if this does cause any inconvenience ⛔️

Important Update – Appointment Cancellations

Unfortunately, I’m unwell and will need to cancel all upcoming appointments. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this is, especially for those who have already had their appointments rescheduled — this is not something I do lightly.

For those whose appointments have been cancelled, I’d recommend reaching out to another groomer if you’re able to get in sooner, as I’m unsure when I’ll be well enough to return.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes and truly appreciate your understanding. Hopefully, I’ll be feeling myself again soon.

Good afternoon.

Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital for quite a personal health problem and need a little time to process what has happened. Today and tomorrow appointments have been cancelled and will be re-scheduled when I return back to work.

If I do decide to return on Wednesday & thursday everyone with appointments will stay as they are , if for any reason I do need to cancel them then you will be notified either by message or a phone call.

I appreciate this is frustrating and a little inconvenient but at this time my health is a priority and I need to recover before my return. ❤️

Morning 🌞

I’am now back from my holiday!!

So I’ll be getting back to all enquires from today, so please bare with me as i will be doing this in between dogs ☺️

I’am now booked until October and availability from the week commencing 13th. So please don’t leave it last minute to book.

From September I won’t be doing any hoc appointments as this becomes unfair for my regulars who book in 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks slots and I’m unable to fit them in, so please booo ahead for your next appointments.
