Good afternoon.

Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital for quite a personal health problem and need a little time to process what has happened. Today and tomorrow appointments have been cancelled and will be re-scheduled when I return back to work.

If I do decide to return on Wednesday & thursday everyone with appointments will stay as they are , if for any reason I do need to cancel them then you will be notified either by message or a phone call.

I appreciate this is frustrating and a little inconvenient but at this time my health is a priority and I need to recover before my return. ❤️

Morning 🌞

I’am now back from my holiday!!

So I’ll be getting back to all enquires from today, so please bare with me as i will be doing this in between dogs ☺️

I’am now booked until October and availability from the week commencing 13th. So please don’t leave it last minute to book.

From September I won’t be doing any hoc appointments as this becomes unfair for my regulars who book in 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks slots and I’m unable to fit them in, so please booo ahead for your next appointments.

Good morning 🌞

***CHANGE OF OPENING HOURS***

From the 29th September onwards Monday and Tuesday appointments will be from 8:30am and closing earlier on these days.

Wednesday & Thursdays will stay the same and first appointment is from 10am.

💥 We have Aircon!!💥

Thank you to my amazing husband who came after work and fitted it all 🙌🏻

Usually I would have all the doors and windows open but these will now be closed moving forward. So please make sure you ring the bell, which is positioned next to the gate and don’t just walk in, as I can sometimes have loose dogs (not always) but as a precaution.

Instead of a hot stuffy shed, we now have a nice cool grooming salon to keep my myself and your pooches nice and cool during the summer. 🌞🐾🐾🌞

🌡️ Hot Weather Update 🌡️

With temps hitting 25°C+ the next few days, I’ll be moving appointments earlier where I can. The salon gets very warm midday, especially with dryers going, and it’s just not fair on the dogs.

🐾 Some dogs may go home a little damp to avoid overheating.
🐾 If it gets too hot and the dogs aren’t coping, the salon will close and appointments will be rescheduled.

Thanks for understanding – their comfort comes first!

🚫🐾 Polite Reminder to my Customers 🐾🚫

I have noticed that some customers are still leaving their dog waste outside the salon, despite previous reminders. This is not only unpleasant but also unhygienic for other clients, their pets, and our team.

Please make sure to take your dog’s poo with you – either home or to the nearest bin. Let’s all help keep the area clean, respectful, and welcoming for everyone. 💩🚮

☀️ ☀️ Holidays ☀️ ☀️

With summer coming around pretty quickly and lots of you wanting to book ahead with your appointments , I just want to let you all know that I will be taking some time off during the end of July and August.

I will be taking more time off than I would usually due to child care and holiday’s planned during the 6 week holiday break 😬

This doesn’t mean appointments won’t be able to be booked in, but it will mean appointments will need to be made and availability will be limited.

🐾There is small amount of availability in May that has become available, so if you need to book in please get in touch🐾
