Please be aware, temperatures are raising and there is only so much I can do to keep my cabin cool.
If the temperature raises too high, I will have to close in the afternoons. I realise this is inconvenient, but your dogs health is paramount. If your dog is elderly, poorly or brachy, then he/she will struggle more. Please think ahead, and if you think your dog will be affected then please, I’d rather they went to a salon with air conditioning on this occasion than to be at risk. ❤️
I will contact each customer ahead of grooms accordingly

Simon at Sociable Dog was amazing with my Jazz some years back. Positive Reinforcement and listening to your dogs signals is a must (I'm still learning,lol!) I think this post is really important so am sharing....don't punish a growl, they're just telling you they're not happy...take that away and they may well go straight to a bite, it's their language, how else can they tell us they're scared 🤷❤️

This week's blog post is about how not all bites are the same. One of the best things we can do is pay close attention to what is making our dogs uncomfortable and either prevent it from happening or work on changing the association they have with it.

UPDATE: Wesley has now found a foster home!❤️‍🩹

⚡️FOSTER APPEAL FOR WESLEY⚡️

Poor Terrier puppy Wesley was found abandoned near a vet surgery, shivering and frightened. At only 9-10 weeks old he was lucky to have survived and is now receiving treatment at the surgery for malnourishment and sarcoptic mange.

He now needs a foster or forever home where he can continue getting lots of love and care.❤️‍🩹

Can you help? 🙏

We are looking for a foster or forever home for Wesley that has the following:

🐾 An experienced carer who has had dogs before

🐾 No other pets or children – as he has sarcoptic mange

🐾 Direct access to a garden for toilet training

🐾 An adult only home

Wesley needs a foster or forever home in the North London / Essex areas as he will need to see one of our local vets to begin with.

Hi all, just to let you all know, I am back at work….strictly only 2 dogs a day as eye gets tired, but otherwise all good! 👍😁
