🐾 Wooooohooooo! The sun has only gone and come out! Which means the best news: the Zoomie Zone is reopening for the season! 🐾
We’re really looking forward to welcoming you back to the Zoomie Zone, one of our three secure dog fields at Collar Club Cardiff. Book online via our website.
🌿 A quick heads up before you book
The ground is still a little soft underfoot, so we will be opening on a reduced timetable for now while it firms up.
🌱 Longer grass
The grass is a bit longer than usual as it is too soft to get the tractor in at the moment, so please bear this in mind with footwear👢
📅 Booking update
Following previous positive feedback, we are keeping the one week rolling booking system for the Zoomie Zone. New slots are released each day, so there are always fresh times becoming available.

Glorious scenes here this morning while doing maintenance 🌅

I know lots of you have been asking about the Zoomie Zone opening back up (Field 3)… we’re getting close! We just need a few more days of this beautiful sunshine to help things dry out fully ☀️

For those of you who don’t mind a bit of mud, private bookings are still available for existing customers (so you know what to expect) but are strictly limited to prevent over use - send me a WhatsApp to get the link if you’re happy with a muddy dog even when it’s beautiful outside 🐾

The Zoomie Zone was still waterlogged along the edges this morning, but it’s drying up nicely. The wetter areas are mainly along the bottom edge and bottom side of the field.

As soon as it’s ready, I’ll announce on here when bookings officially open 🙌

At the risk of stating the obvious… it’s pretty muddy at the fields right now 🫠🌧️
If you’re booked in over the next few weeks, please bring suitable footwear. Think wellies, not white trainers. Trust me.
Most of my furry customers are absolutely loving these conditions (yes, I’m looking at you, golden retrievers 👀🐾), but if cleaning off dirty dawgs isn’t your idea of a good time, you’re very welcome to reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
Also, if anyone is able to sort the weather for me, that would be much appreciated. I’m so over it. 🌧️😂 looking forward to some spring growth and sunshine!

Our Cardiff Dogs Home Xmas Party kicks off at 12pm at Tiger Yard and the dogs cannot wait.

Fancy dress, Santa visits, tombola, merch, food and festive chaos — all in aid of the dogs who need us most.

Wrap up warm, bring your pals (with or without paws) and we’ll see you there! 🐾❤️

📣 Zoomie Zone Update - Temporary Closure
Hey Friends! 💛🐾
Due to the heavy rain this weekend (and its location), our Zoomie Zone field has become very wet and now features a couple of rather large 'party puddles' 💦🐶. Because of this, I'm closing the Zoomie Zone for general bookings for now.
If you already have a session booked this week, I’ll be in touch to offer you the chance to cancel or reschedule.
👉 Still want to visit?
If your dogs live for mud, splashes and chaos, you’re welcome to book the Zoomie Zone privately if you are a regular customer - just be aware they’ll come out gloriously filthy unless we see a big improvement in the weather! Unfortunately spaces are very limited to prevent over use.
I’ll reopen the Zoomie Zone as soon as it’s safe and dry enough for everyone to enjoy again. Thank you so much to everyone who has booked this season, I'm truly grateful for your support 🐾💛

Other field updates:
🌄 Freedom Field as it is higher up, it is wet under foot but less muddy, one classic party puddle that Golden Retrievers will no doubt flock to.
🌿 Fun Field - holding up well, a bit wet as you would imagine
👢 Wellies highly recommended everywhere at the moment!

‼️ warning! ‼️the fields are being cut tomorrow between 10am and 2:30pm, this may cause issues for any noise reactive dogs as there will be a tractor onsite. I’ve contacted everyone booked in so far who may be affected, but have also just released some extra slots. Please note that if you book any of these for tomorrow between those hours, you may hear/see a tractor in one of the adjoining fields 🚜

🎶 guess who’s back, back again, Zoomies back! Tell a friend!🎶
That’s right! The weather has been kind to us so far this year, so I’m tentatively opening up the Zoomie Zone again 🐾 limited slots to 8 per day and 7 days in advance until I see how the Welsh weather is going to treat us in April. I’m excited to see more happy dog photos 🥰🐾
