It is HOT HOT HOT 🥵

Ways to keep your pets cool in this weather is to -

✨ provide cool fresh water at all times
✨ provide shaded cool areas and/or a fan or AC unit
✨ ONLY walk dogs very early morning or late in the evenings
✨ move small furries hutches to shaded areas & check them multiple times a day for increased temperatures and signs of fly strike.
✨ provide wet towels for your pet to lay on (do not drape and leave over them for periods of time)

I’ve seen so many dogs being walked in this 29 degree heat in the middle of the day 😖 this is completely unessesasry and will cause suffering to your pet.

No dog died from missing a walk but I’ve seen plenty die from heatstroke & it is horrific 💔
Please be responsible & keep your pets safe!
